1/ Design & Engineering

By using 3D modeling and design software, the design team creates the fountain’s final and complete design white including the client.

For 90% of Vazinstone’s fountains, this process has already been completed. At this phase, you can utilize augmented reality (AR) using your phone and no software to visually place the appropriate fountain in the desired space. You can use augmented reality to access the desired fountain page or the fountain installation page in your space for this reason.

2/ The First Phase Of Fountain Construction:

This procedure entails choosing and cutting stones, creating the fountain’s structure framework, and carving the required design.

3/ The Second Phase Of Fountain Construction:

At this phase, the fountain’s main structure’s final works include drilling different portions, quality control of the structure, the removal of small flaws, the three-part sealing of the pond and bowls, and other finishing works.

4/ The Third Phase Of Fountain Construction:

At this phase, all connected electrical and wiring tasks are completed, including the installation of junction boxes, pumps, lights, spillways, remote controls, and other required tasks.

4/ Preparation For Installation:

The fountain should be prepared for installation after the second phase of construction. At this phase, the fountain’s electrical components and seals are tested for a period of 24 to 48 hours. the fountain is also fully built, and the quality control team completed the last inspection of the construction.

5/ Washing & Packaging:

This phase involves cleaning, washing, and securely packing the fountain for transit.

6/ Sending To The Customer:

The fountain will be transmitted to the customer after packaging. The customer will receive a detailed video explaining the fountain installation procedures if they want to install the fountain themselves.

7/ Installation Of Fountain:

At last, the fountain is installed in the chosen place. Vazinstone fountains are simple to install. Online or via a detailed training video, installation guidance will be available.

During this phase, the fountain’s components are put together, wiring is installed, lights and pebbles are set up, adjustments are made, and performance testing is done. You can utilize a thermowall, a green wall, or a combination of the two during the installation process to further enhance the fountain’s beauty.
